At the end of November, the 2023 Forward Ladies Leadership Summit and Awards brought together some of the country’s most successful and influential businesswomen for a celebration of remarkable leadership and impact across the UK and the globe.
The 2023 edition recognised 13 distinguished winners who demonstrated resilience, and exceptional prowess in their respective fields, earning recognition for their outstanding contributions, exemplary leadership, and mentorship skills.
This year’s event unfolded at the prestigious 5* Londoner Hotel, where our very own Claire Paxman, Brand Ambassador and Director of Global Training was announced winner of the Disruptor / Innovator of the Year Award!
Claire commented, “I was incredibly humbled to have been shortlisted for the award, but to go and win it, just wow, I am shocked and so unbelievably honoured! I am so proud of what I do but honestly, I am nothing without the incredible colleagues that I work with at Paxman Scalp Cooling. Thank you too to my brilliant brother Richard Paxman, you are my mentor, my confidante and my inspiration; my family for your unwavering support and giving me confidence when my head says otherwise, and a massive thank you to Sallie for being my right-hand woman and for supporting me on Friday. Finally, this is for you Mum, the reason I do what I do.”
