Paxman as a company was born out of a husband’s desire to prevent his wife from suffering through the trauma of chemotherapy-induced hair loss. Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our team. The Sales Order Processor will be responsible for supporting the Finance Director in ensuring the sales order processing function for the trading companies within our Group is compliant and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Work with the sales and logistics team on sales order processing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing across all entities globally
-Assist with credit control and reconciliation of sales ledgers for trading companies
- Handle customer and internal queries
- Issue customer statements for trading companies
-Assist with day-to-day activities of the Accounts Receivable function, including processing sales invoices, verifying and recording transactions
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills
Good IT Skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn new accounting software
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
